Privacy Policy

DiagramPreview is designed as a browser-first tool site. Where possible, rendering happens in the browser rather than requiring diagram content to be sent to a backend. This applies to many previewers, converters, structured-data visualizers, and export actions.

AI-assisted tools send the prompt and related diagram source to a server-side API so the selected provider can generate or repair diagram code. API keys are stored on the server and are not exposed to the browser.

Hosting, analytics, search indexing, and AI provider infrastructure may process standard technical metadata such as URL, timestamp, status code, user agent, region, and error details. These logs are used to operate the site, investigate failures, and improve reliability.

Do not paste private credentials, customer records, unreleased source code, or regulated personal data into any public web tool unless you have reviewed whether that use is appropriate for your organization.
